• Technical data. Like most websites, our infrastructure (Cloudflare) processes limited technical information such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the site.
• Preferences. Your chosen language is stored locally in your browser for your convenience; it is not sent to us.

3. How we use your data, and our lawful basis

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the information or services you request (lawful basis: your consent, and our legitimate interest in answering you).
• To operate, secure and improve the website (legitimate interest).

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

4. Candidate testing and assessment

Pre-employment testing, questionnaires and candidate assessments are carried out in Performia's separate secure online system, which is governed by its own terms and privacy provisions. This website's policy does not cover data processed within that platform.

5. Sharing and international transfers

We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate the site (for example, our hosting and email providers), under appropriate safeguards, and where required by law. Performia operates in more than 26 countries; where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate legal transfer mechanisms.

6. Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as necessary to handle your request and for a reasonable period thereafter, then delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. You may also withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in Sweden, the Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY).
