No. The lecture is open to all managers and companies that want to lead their teams better. Performia's clients often use it to pass the same know-how on to their own managers, but it is just as useful for companies that are only getting to know our approach. #### Is the seminar suitable for new managers too? Yes. The seminar is useful both for managers who have only recently taken on the role and for experienced managers. It presents principles that work regardless of how long you have been leading, and gives concrete guidance you can use in leading your team every day. #### I have a lot of hiring experience. Will I find anything new? It's good that you have experience. Very experienced managers often tell us they had many “aha” moments, gained a completely new view of people and, above all, took away concrete tools they now use in practice. #### I rarely hire. Isn't the seminar pointless for me? Experience shows that a single wrong hire can break up a whole team for months or even years. Being able to recognise real potential, and the risks, is a lasting and essential skill for building a team. Even if you use it only once a year, it is worth it. The seminar also gives you a lot of guidance on your current team: how to raise its productivity, how to motivate people without money, and how to avoid the most common mistakes. #### Is the seminar more theoretical or practical? It is built mainly on practical experience. Don't expect long presentations or general management advice. Expect concrete examples, practical principles, open discussion and room for questions and for sharing experience. #### How is the seminar different from ordinary management training? We don't teach universal management techniques or motivational phrases. We focus on principles that have proven themselves over many years in building strong teams, and that managers can put into their daily work straight away. #### Can a seminar be held at our own company? Yes. Every seminar can also be run in-house, at your company.
